How to change LCD driver in Chinese phones for different LCD types?

So - a question to masters of chinese phones:

There is possible to change in firmware LCD driver, due to even LCD-s look same they can work on one phone, but do not work on another - so mean there just a driver is different and may be exist a way to change it on firmware depend of LCD used ...

All hints are welcome :) ...
