refuse/block incoming call as "busy"

I search forum, but it is hard to find good sw.....

I need one incoming call to be blocked or represent as "busy"!? (on nokia 6220c)
So: maybe creation of blocked list of numbers wich will be represented as busy!

Any good suggestion for this applicaton?!
