Yes mate surely you can.You need only your phone drivers to be installed completely( Nokia usually have 4 drivers).If you have Installed JAf when you plug in your mobile USB cable driver will install automatically.
When you installed drivers comletely,just make a dailup conection and choose you phone modem as its modem.

Contorol Panel> Network conection> Create a new Conection>Next>Next>
Setup my conection manually>next>Conect using a dail up modem>write a name for ISP> In phone number you shoud write a code that you should asked from the company you use its conection(my one is *99***1#> no need for user and password[
I have been using this type dailup conection since one year,I am living in Afghanistan and in my city the only internet for me is my GPRS dail up conection.
