Infinity Box not connect

Dear Sir,

My infinity box is not connect with phone,
Infinity Shell Say Motorolla W210 model is supported with X60 cable
(Cable name: Panasonic-X60, Motorola-T191
see picture for more details !)
I do as like model selection but not connect
Can i repair this box,if i can do please tell me procedure.
