recent purchase one jovy re-7500 but not work ,only buzzer annoying sound:confused: i call and mail to vontact in web page but not answer...check pic

yes, is under warranty i try call again to factory maybe back to china shipping cost is expensive from my country

Did you try contact the company or the reseller you bought the machine from ?

please post here the resulte instead of compalining , who will help you more than the company ?!

they contact with my,say maybe pcb failure and shipping other pcb

When using the machine I had the same error sometimes to.
Machine starts up and works normally.
After a while however, using it manually or built-in profile, got only
asterisks on the display, just like yours.
PC-operated worked fine.
After switching it off and on again everythin was fine again.
Opened it, disconnected and then reconnected all the wires.
Haven't had that problem again since then.
Maybe yours is a bad connectoin to?
