the customer forgot his user code, i cant find a flash file on the support site , it is asking for security code when he inserts his AT&T sim card. much worse the pc picks it up an storage device . anyway around it.

thanks for the code, it actually prompted me to enter the code for the SIM LOCK, any other codes?
then why did u write to remove user code,,,
its simlocked ,,not user lock...

actually its my fault. his phone has phone code for sure.
But the code i given. i thought that is for service menu.
for now buy code for unlocking gr500

i do not need to buy sim lock code, i need to hard reset the phone just to accpet its originla AT&T card
when u get hard reset solution for LG GR500 XENON post here, tnx.

Can this model be unlocked with FG? I have all packs on my white FG box, but can not get the LG GR500 to install drivers on pc, so amdo does not see it connected. hangs at mtp device
