where do i get the driver of km500

i have km500 when you power on the phone get stack in a logo, always asking for the driver neptune.. where do i get this driver???

you are using USB flashing ???

yes sir ,the phone freeze with logo,, is this same with kg800 cable??? always asking for the driver when i connect the unit

Is rj45 but even so theres pbs flashing KM500 using our sw.
