MP3 playlist

Hi guys!

Have anyone tried having a playlist with more than 30 songs?

I tried once but it didn't work, the phone automatically delete some songs and make it just 30 on the list...:eek:

Yes i have 37 songs and play list is fine

Really! what fw are you using?

did you count it in the phone itself? or in your pc?

I think when you stored more than 30 songs in the playlist via PC there's no problem but when you look at it in the phone it is only 30!

and when you try adding a song it will say MEMORY IS FULL! DELETE AN ENTRY!

yo right , there is a limit on MP3 feature of SL45 , I've asked for a patch but there was no answer :(

The limit is 30 or 31 i think , even with playlist or up -> down play if you have >30 ( I have >60 ) it just plays 30 first songs - even you chose shuffle of not ( that mean it just shuffles first 30 files )

Even you manual make a >30 files playlist , sl45 just play first 30 songs then repeat

don't blame me , test yourself and see , i've been tried million times rename , reoder ( coz I thought it is due to biterate or name things ) . And it just acts like the same .

Hopefully rizapn will help us to patch this BIG bug - ( there is another minor bug on shuffle engine but I still can live with it in exchange for the full files play ) .

If not hopefully it will be fix in the next FW (I have desperately upgraded 3 times 3 FW but this bug still exist ) .

And finally I hope this will not happen in SX1 , the successor

I seem to remember if u had more than 31 songs on FW 23 (my old one) it used to turn off if you tried to exit the player... Even if someone called u, it would turn off!!! It was really bad.

Clearly they have improved it, but not perfectly...

I would be really nice, if you can use more than 31?
The first question must be answer?
Is it possible, to do this or not?
