Me and a friend got cheated from this guy. He went by the name of Kenan Memet

I was told his name was Sorin and he is Romanian but this is just speculation and do not know for sure but I do know for sure we paid for DCT-4 Calculator Dongles and never recieved, no emails, no tracking numbers nothing....he never responds to emails.
