alcatel E207x phone busy help

this unit is phone busy problem only, i try write eeprom unit ok then try again write eeprom same problem after few minute unit back in same problem then i try to flash E207x cause flashfile availble in support but my unit blue screen already..... infinity support i need your help and hope you can help me

i have back up this unit but problem is back up file currupted and cannot flash anymore the back up file's
