unlocked the phone with zulea BF key 7.3... no problem
After changing language, i cant power on the phone...
Just read the phone with wray light:
if i try to unlock phone it gives: Wrong Information....
i thing soething is gone wrong while writing...
What can i do ???

Try free bf reviver by bekos brothers. For me it work great if eeprom area is ok.
And did you save your TEH-zone ? If not - very bad.

how do you mean did you safe TEH-zone
imei is correct
Download FULL flash from http://emexcomputers.narod.ru/ then use Wray 5.5, your TEH-file and GUIDE in this forum.
AND what size of your TEH file?
MAN, TEH-file is BACKUP (Technical Zone). Usually 8 Kb. Or 6 Kb. And did you save any BACKUP (full flash etc)?

Use FREE BF3 Reviver by Bekos Brothers.

Hi
I guess, you have an original TEH zone. Then, you can use Bekos Reviver. Connect to phone, then press "Revive" button. It will ask "Is your phone ID correct or not", say yes. Select language type you want to flash and wait for 10-11 min. Tested many times. Software works very good.
