is battery charged ? do not disturb while flashing , and if battery fully charged then maybe its hardware problem , try to resold CPU and try again and post results

Maybe software bug,sir.
I have checked the cable,battery and phone.not problem for these.
I try many many phone,but problem still.
please check the program,thanks.

The same problem to me , i think is a bug, no hardware problem.;)
