just update software.
Use fully charged battery.
Use good cable and use low boud rate.
Remain pressing power key till software indicate to leave it. ;)

battery fully charged
cable is good, same other set but with diffrent firmware working fine

Be sure that you have no problems with cable, press and HOLD phone power button during boot process.
