Dead SL45 while patching flash

I tried to patch my flashes. I did a few changes, i controll it again. But then i did a big error - while uploading patch to phone through Unisiemens i dont change size to 5F0000, size was on 10000. So i recieve wrong software. I tried downgrade to 54,52,45 but still wrong software. So i thought that i had damaged EEPROM. I uploaded my saved EEPROM (64 kb), started succesfull but stoped on 75% (!?). So i tried another EEPROMs but i never had 100%. I tried downgrade to 05, it erase flash but stop on 6%. I tried again and it only erase flash.
Now my phone is completly dead. It don´t reply to Unisiemens, SWUP, ALL logger or KSie.
I think so that phone´s battery is empty. But i cannot recharge it, when i try it nothing happens, no battery indicator on phone screen ? Can bad EEPROM damage battery charging ??

SURE! Battery must be charged before using unisiemens!
It's Impossible to use unisiemns if battery is empty. (I don't know "why")

Flashing is done by battery in means of defending you from comp power failure. If your comp has UPS - nothing will stop flashing!
