I have BF3 dead phone, No backup.

BF31C-3LHATH2
246 31HB25 9IL
IMEI-332284705233624

How can I do?

Try BF3 Reviver 1.02 by BekosBrothers.

I use bfxtool 1.8 to unlock but It's not complete to write flash (~25% and stop!) after that I try to repair (bfxtool 1.8 - write repair flash) by 310_v102_KJ246100_repair.bin. It does not work.

I try to connect my phone by other program but Is cannot connect by wray 5.5 (cracked), wray 5.5 say flash type "Unknow".
I can connect my phone by BFxtool1.8 only!!!

when I read Eeprom I get error message
1F8000 - Data of block corrupted!
1F9800 - Data of block corrupted!
1FEC00 - Data of block corrupted!

and I use ç HexWorkshop to view. In Eprom zone (1F8000) is FFFFFFFFFFFF....

I think my EEprom zone is erased by BFxtool18.


Can I write full flash from another phone?

u need original tech zone from the phone.
try save it with hernich or with wray's l;ite 2.2

write flash same version, do not open phone, patch tech zone and unlock.

use Henrich 1.7 or 1.8 read TECH zone , opeh him with Hex editor look it . if you tech zone is 00000000000 or FFFFFFFFFFF
bad! if you TECH is Good ..write good KJ 246 flash download from here www.emexcomputers.narod.ru ..and write back you TECH zone !

Bad luck, TEH is FFFFFFFFFFF but Now my phone can power on.
I flash Full flash "102-KJ246.bin" to the phone, and use "BF3Reviver 1.02" to revive. After use reviver the phone can power on.

It's RUS language.
But It isn't accept SIM Card. (Display like "Check SIM Card" is rusian language)

Does anyone suggess me to continue?

i think when you use the bfxtool 1.8 for unlock the phone ,it`s stoped when he write , so this programm take a backup from the phone first , you can found it,try flash it again to your phone
