View Full Version : After upgrade BF4 nothing on LCD and no light???

Need help!
After upgrade with Wray 5.5 BF-4 from ver. 10E-KI12A to ver.10R-KI52H or 10R-KI52H result phone work but nothing on LCD and no back light?

why? And what can I do to solve this problem?

may be difference in hardware version

The best result in my experiment with various flash it's upgrade to 10R_KI52L all work and LCD too, but no back light!!!

What ver I mast use?

Hi,

don't use Patch Firmware to restore the old TEH. Use Restores instead.

Big thanks Wray for you reply, but it's realy interesting problem.
What I did:
1. Make Backup.
2. Write Full flash.
3. Use Resrores and then change IMEI (last digit).
4. Power ON.
Phone work:
with ver 10R-KI52H or 10R-KI52H result phone work but nothing on LCD and no backlight?
with ver 10R_KI52L only no backlight.

In what I am not right?

Hi,


for phones with original firmware before 52H to change to a firmware also before 52H works Restores and Patch Firmware.

for phones with original firmware before 52H to change to a 52H firmware you have to use only Patch Firmware. With Restores you'll get a working phone with LCD but no lights.

for phones with original firmware 52H to change to a firmware before 52H works Restores.

for phones with original firmware 52L, you have to use ONLY 52L firmware and Patch Firmware. This maybe be valid for some 52K too.

I have 10R-KI52K Thomson4Mb (only good TEH ZONE)

After upgrade with 10R-LI52L nothing on LCD only LIGHT.

How repair this?
What version I can use?
Where I can find this full flash?

For me If I'm press Restore - result nothing on LCD
If I'm press PatchFirmware - all OK!
But this solution not work always with ver 10R-LI52L sometimes result very low contrast and I can't change it in phone menu. BF4_10R_KI52L_1AALRU1 - flash with russian input but it not work on all phones.
