Can't unlock bb9500 plz help me. when i conect the phone its says

How to disable phone lock. bcoz its asking lock code when the display starts

Go Setting/Option >> Security Setting>> Disable Phone Lock Not Show Disable Option Than U Need Disable By Virus Method Post Here Result

to reset keep entering wrong password till reformart
to remove u have to remove IT policy
