Please give me lp with Russian for BF4 10E

I wrote to phone lp from 10B, but there are some errors
in words.
If i write other lp, phone doesn't turns on.

I flash phone to the 10b, 10r, 10q, but it doesn't turn on.

I backup tehzone, then write new flash, then restore tehzone.
Is it right?

Maybe the matter is in software? I use wray 5.5 to back up tehzone, write flash and restore tehzone.
But in all cases phone is dead.
