Hello for everybody . i have a samsung E250 which can't make call and can't receive , but , you can see the operator. please can somebody help me ?

Just reset the eeprom first if problem is not solved check the variant either its e250 or e250d flash with them your problem were solved.

-erase eprom + flash a new eprom ( see the version of your phone affter flash if your phone is 250 or e250d because is not a same eprom)
