Keypad Light Issue on V3

OK, I have this problem on V3, r374

When turn on the phone, the phone powers ok, and the keypad Lights up, after the keypad light has turned Off it wont turn on again.

tried the PCB on a dfferent phone (different Flex, different LCD), and problem persist.
i cleaned PCB and problem persist.

there seems to be no more problems on the phone, the keypad lihgts sometimes turns on whle you are pressing the keys, but most of the time are turned off.

Any suggestion ?

I dont think it is a monstar pack issue, I just changed the phone pcb to another phone and it is working... I have used different phones, and PCB works ok on some and not on others, so, not a monster pack ssue
