i can't unlock it with the both two methods,

have another phone now again, same problem!!! what happen with this model!!

I had some troubles with this phone when using pinfinder to connect phone because i didn't have KE500 cable.

- Better is to use KE500 cable and enough charged batt.
- Also you can try to unlock phone using "enhanced method"
