plzzzzz help m620 dead on flashing

hiiiiiiiiiii friends
can any one help me with 100% solution ?
M620 dead when i was flashing it bcoz of lock code which was unable to remove by doing reset so i deside to flash but in flashing it stops on 8% or some times 20% like this and gives ( err_protocol ) i tried to fllash with ns-pro and hwk but not success any one can help

always gives protocol error

Mate first try with another flashfiles with repair mode in NSpro and write NVM file also if still same, flash it with UST PRo by ticking on Farmatt FFS and Repair mode,If you dont have Ust pro send it to someone else who have USPRO or Z3X.
