Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0006] Your account is suspended: read previous error messages carefully and contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk

Since monday i sent 2 e-mails to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk and no answers, i hope now in forum someone can help me, if you need the dongle serial number tell me and i send PM. I bought a pin finder from ipmart and i can't use it, because the dongle can't update.

Please i already sent 5 emails to RemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk and support@infinity-box.com since monday and nobody solve my problem. I will still waiting !!

Hi,
It is very good that your problem is solved.
If you want to get fast answer it's always good idea to read text given to you by software and follow the instruction.
You have posted an instruction in your first message:
read previous error messages carefully and contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk
In future do not ask questions in forum but simply read text given to you by software and if software give you a suggestion just send a message to support person.
