Et box hang

i have a et box from last one yr, it was working well but from last two days it goes hang by cliking on disconnect phone tab pls give me the solution.and the box is also heat up after connecting a short time.

brother et box .exe file is corrupt
so download a new copy of ET-BOX_1_84 and extract it
and enjoy

Bro!

Check out if it hang even if you use other port. Try using another serial port as interface and see if it hang on disconnect.

If everything is OK while using another serial port, then USB to Serial Converter Circuit in Box is damaged.

i have install new version and extract it in the er dir, but problem is still the same pls help et team!!!!!!!!!!

Bro!

It is OK! But did you checked with different port!

I mean, just connect a USB Data Cable of 1600/1650 etc. Now select that port in ET-Box and Connect.
Now, Try to use Connect Phone button.

Does it hang now?

i think is hardware problem.
if u want u can bring the box to my office and i will check this for you. also will try to fix if posible.

My et-box also hangs .

But it hangs when i open it.. and then it remains as it is. And also i am not able to open task manager.

bro you mean say that you can open et software without attach ET BOX
with your operating system its not possible but you can choose another
interface
but ET must attached with computer

brother you are saying that without attached ET box we can open its software no its not possible and gives message protection card not found

Bro!

If your box is not in warranty, just open it!

Take Smart Card out!

If you have PKEY (or any Smart Card Reader), put ET-Box Smart Card in Reader and connect to computer.

Now you may use ET-Box Software. You just need another serial cable to connect phone.

i suggest, even if your box is out of warranty, then send me your box and i will check it for you.
never break the seal,, cause no seal = no official support from me atleast.
