Bosch eeprom r/w stopped on some 909 phones

Hi!

I have encountered this problem only some bosch phones during to use bosch eeprom r/w soft. Bosch eeprom r/w stopped on some 909 phones. It going 4% then stopped after that phone entered "phone failure". Please, help me how to solve it. let's discuss.
