My phone is dead and I lost the old flash !!! I only have the TEH file. I need a complex full flash (10R chinese language)for my BF4. urgent !

I have tried the flash file in your site very long ago! The flash file
is working but when I change the language to Chinese using the language pack downloaded from your site the phone is dead!! So I want a complex flash file !!!
