after installing ver 3.16 i need to update firmware but i get this.

Hello people, i just received the box and have same problem in 2 days i have been trying.
It throws server not found. I already checked proxy settings, firewall, antivirus, internet connection (i check it with 2 different connections) and also in other computer and same problem.
Hope can help us asap.
