Remove risister
Use Wizard program v4.0.Read all backup for eeprom,language.
Write full flash v14 in the phone v18.
Write backup eeprom
write backup language
That's all

Because we just have the good full firmwarebfor v14, I have try at another version ( good one without locked but after the all process, the phone still locked), so try use with v14.
