Unlocked with bfwray and ask network code or sim code!!!

hello i have a license for bfwraz 5,5 and i ve unlocked my alcatel and when put other netowrk card ask or for sim code or for netowrk code and none work!!
and if try to unlock with bfwray again says already unlocked!!

what can i do? already tryed with read flash and unlock flash and result alwasys the same. please help!!

Are you sure it's network code ? or is it phone code ?
