please help me k550 2nd test point problem

I have k550 , when iam connecting 2nd test point , camera is flashing and my test point fails. please help me iam facing this problem 2nd time, is this of hardware

I have the same problem, Easy T.P2 not connect, i using v. 3.15... what's the problem...???? Update to 3.16 or degrate to 3.13????

SIR i used both of versons 3.15& 3.16 but the result is same, and iam not using wrong test point, iam very much careful.
