Furious Team or person that could help me to contact the furious

I`ve buyed and payed a box with pack 4 and 5 activated in the http://www.furious-gold.com/ site last 6 of june , I chated with Mr. steve and He confirmed the order , He told me "don`t worry" and he told me that I should receive the tracking number but He never send me the tracking number neither the box . I waited for a week then I try to contact him too many times but I didn`t receive any answer from him
I don`t know how should I do so I post this thread , cause I saw that another person had the same issue and he received your box .
Sorry again for posting this , I did it to see if I receive an answer from the team
My purpose is not make trouble , My purpose is only receive any update about the order that I`ve paid ( FG light box with 4 and 5 ) best If receive the box nothing more than this!
Please if somebody help me to contact furious team I appreciate . I write mails to a many product manager and not have an answer

Then yesterday 06/25 the thread was closed status SOLVED
I don `t know who closed the thread , but is not solved
I think: like me , all the thread that are closed with status solved are really solved ?
LET ME EXPLAIN
In my case NOT SOLVED cause
I didn`t receive the box neither tracking number, so I believe that wasn`t ship it up to day , only I`ve receive 3 PM one person that was a delay and working and no more information ,I have only received pledges so far nothing more and yesterday I saw that the thread was closed with status solved , So I feel that I was cheated.

Please NOT CLOSE THIS THREAD up to really solved
So sorry to open a new thread but how I explained I could not write the status in the other thread

So sorry for posting again , but is the only way that I receive an answer Thanks to everybody to understand me
I am very disappointed
I appreciate so much your help

to all who paid and still waiting for shipment I also paid for my 20 pcs
before 20 days
but I know about problems why dally the orders ?
because like Steve told us thy making new hardware and new best quality cables so this may take some time
and u all will receive your shipment soon

Man Steve said allready there were some custom problems. So you can either wait thsie to be sold or refund and use other resaller !

Please avoid that kind of jokes about years for refund. That bothers. first thing it's to respect and, as every business, problems can appear so, something that may take 2 days requires 5 or 10 or more. For example when I got my FuriousGold like 3 years ago it took 3 days. Now it's taken a bit else, maybe, but with this order you are going to get the new hw and new cables. Not so easy to get

I know problem can appear with each persone and about it all clear.
But here we have promised our client 2 weeks passed now they can't wait so ofcourse we lost money.
Refound or find other reseler I don't think becuse Steve is very seriouse BOSS as I know 2 years with him

The main problem is china custom furious programmed dongles in china custom blocked
Steve already send from franc to china 2 week ago
I am also still waiting from 3 week but I understand the problems
So please u all try to understand the problems when release the dongles then he will send to all
