i have been trying for license file of furiousbox2 for last 4 days but always im getting Socket error 10061 Connection refused....please solve this asap

my furiousgold is perfectly updating on same internet connection but cant update furiousbox2.......any hint/idea to resolve this issue

FG dongle server OK
FG Bling Bling Edition server OK
F2 server down

tested on 04 pc's , also on pc with NO firewall/antivirus installed .

Yeah it's closed. ~4 years was keeped opened.
