This fone asks for fone code and not Network code.
Tried ###847# failed
How will i reset the fone code

1- CHANGE YOUR SOFTWARE OF Alcatel OT-C701 Easy Unlocker Online Code Reader (v1.33)
2- conecte your phone withe sim card inserd ( now pin code )

Connected the fone with usb as stated but nothing happens,no connection,no Usb detection,Does this fone work with usb cause to get the info i used rj 45 cable with usb there is no usb detection, explain better

and Flash ur phone to unlock phone code.
