i got new infinity box . When i installing its driver . It take smartcard reader driver but when installing usb to serial then my lapy give blue screen error then restart. Then take usb serial driver. Now when i open any product window lapy allways restart what is problem i reinstall my window but no luck. I got box from virasat electronix karolbag new delhi. Thanks

How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes:
1. disconnect box from PC
2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe
3. reboot PC
4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package

You need to update box only when you will see a message that you need to update box.
If you do not see any messages you do not need to update box again.
