I just want to say a big thank you to all the friendly posters !! Thanks to some great instruction I have managed to update my tomtom to navcore v8.204 running uk and ireland map v825.2157. I have not bothered with vocaliser as I have had some problems with speech and POI warning sounds. I don't think my tomtom has enough capacity to run TTS. I am happy running a normal voice with POI warning sounds and lane guidance. The question I have is that I am considering purchasing an SD card to keep this updated version of tomtom on. What size SD card should I get ? Also I have noticed there are many different types such as sdhv and class 6 and so on!! I have no idea which one to get!!
Which SD card is recommended ? Any good places to buy this card from ?
Budget is approx £10
