after formating my pc, and re-install the EasyUnlocker software, i get problem to get license file or upgrade the dongle, always i have the same mesage:
Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!
ERROR - Can't connect to server!
Check your internet connection or try again later...
i disabled the firewall but the problem still, what can i do to resolve this problem

which EU client version you are use?
well this is internet problem... since server is working 100% just try and try, from our side there´s no trouble that I can see...

I'm having the same problem also ~ i am using remote update client 1.3 and my internet is working fine also. Don't know why i can't connect, been trying so many times.

I have the same problem. But I can get license files. I cant only do update dongle. It looks like serwer problem.
I asked my two frends and they also cant do update box but they cant get license files.
