rehot ur flash chip then down speed ur port after then make format work 100%

U cannot format a nand chip.i have tried many....u have to full flash the phone with the correct firmware......

see if you can make any read operation,
but i propose to rehot the bord including the flah ship and try again,
i think your problem is hardware
