At first check phone imei and repair it if need.

sir i try to repiar but no sucess i also write imei from other working handset but my handset still on emergency call only, meens there is no network from opreator only sos call is working im from india, punjab

today i have a samaung e250 with damage imei due to bad unlocking its working some days ago and blocked by network opreator i just change his orignal imei and its working fine with first try but no sucess with chinese handset, if we write imei from other handset eg from old dead nokia handset which r registered imei it may work or not plz suggest me, i have no handset to try that but hope to get it soon today

yes, you can try to write old nokia IMEI. it should work!

just rebuild imei with infinity or spider man just replace last numbers and all should be done......

i got 2 set of techno t800 with imei ooooooo and i write new imei by infinty now phones works perfact.

Yes, in most cases blocked phones can be repaired if you restore correct imei.
