Bosch 909s Hangs

Hi!<br />I have bosch 909s which hangs in the sighn BOSCH when I turn it on...And no buttons works after it...to turn it off I had to disconnect the battery...<br />Also I can't read eeprom, only red led starts to blink but no datas readed...

Who knows how to fix it?
