dreambbox unknown response from server........

Dear friends,when ever i tried to login with my dreambox,i get this message.unknown response from server.....please how do i solve ???????thanks to gsm servers.:confused:

In your case, guys, i would suggest you install the latest version of DBSS, if it's not the latest one, and ensure that you are not using proxy, firewall with antivirus are disabled.

off course,I using lates version off DBSS(v3.16) firewall disabled but still can't update.
