hi i have ciphone 3g 16gb mt6230 nand i have flash the phone with firmware from support area
APL216_PCB01_GPRS_MT6230_S02.APL216_V1_2_20080918_ 128m_En_Ru_Fr_Farsi_Ar.B4M.bin
but it teling me security area (code #1) is damage
its doing installtion but the phone not power up i using 4.8v from infinty box also cant format or repair security area please help....

hello!
lets start from beggining.
what was phone initial problem?
what was its software version?
the phone was new in the box i edit lang with ChineseMiracle LanguagePackEditor when i installed the new frimware the flash process was ok but the phone not start not power up dead !!!
after that i try to install frimware from support area APL216_PCB01_GPRS_MT6230_S02.APL216_V1_2_20080916. BIN
this is also not work that what heppend

hello!
start from checking battery voltage.
it should be more than 3,7 volts
this is most common problem
im using infinity box voltege is it ok??

after flashing you must try to power On phone using bettery

please flash your phone once again and try make Format FFS complete
after new flash i tryed to make format ffs complete as you told this is the result:
