my e66 can call out but it could not recieved calls always on number busy. i mean the 2sims. any solution to this?

hello!
i would advice to start from checking IMEI numbers for both SIMs.
if they are correct- you can make format FFS, then restore some another, valid IMEI.
dont forget to make full backup before this
