X497 keys 1,3,4,7,* not working

how to solve this problem with my X497...

after i unlock it last day, now some keys are not working....:confused:

keys 1,3,4,7,*, only, but the rest are working fine....:confused:

i try to re flash it but still the same....

what should i do????????
