7210 - Keypad has stopped working, but still powers on

As title really, phones keypad just doesnt respond at all, but the power switch works...

Any ideas?

I had the same problem with a 8310 and it turns out that the up or down volume button on the side was stuck in making the keypad inoperable !!!!

Try to factory reset with Griffin or Flash the phone with newer version.
