Siemens C30 pinouts - correct or not?

I have few pinouts for Siemens C30. I tried them, but no one work for me. Who can say witchone is correct?

Ill be very thankful for any info about that phone. I try to unlock him alredy 3 weeks. Is it possible that this pfone is not unlockable. I dont think so. Must be some solution. Ill try to find C-BUS in some hole left to SIM holder. If i unlock that peace of sh$%t i tell you.
