Terminator or DIV.......??????????

I am very much confused about SONY Ericsson flashers,Unlockers. Which one is safer, best, reliable, easier, supporting and powerful. DIV or Terminator??????

Does any above of these flasher can flash the GDFS area? and IMEI changing?
