Indicator show charging,but battery leave at same voltage.
Please help me.Is it hardware or it's a eeprom problem.how to solve it.

hi

did you try to unlock it?
did you remove the resistor?

if yes it could be the possibility that when you took out the resisitor you hurted other things between the resistor.
