How can I change this? I don't have PKD-1 and i'm not goin' to buy it.

make full rest for ur phone withnokia tool by rolis or jordik
or change it from the flash file or put original full flahs
test and tell me the result

No, you didn't understand me.
The Repaired state is 0000 I want to change it to 0303 for Example.
I don't want to edit the EEPROM every time ;)

What is the problem?
Use CRACKED Wintesla
Then go to Software/Warranty State and you can edit Repairdate
