Hi!
I got a TomTom one XL from a friend that couldnt make it work.
Now I've spent hours on this forum trying to find out what to do to make it work, but cant seem to get anywhere.
First time I turned it on it seemed to work perfect.
Then I downloaded some updates from the tomtom site, and now it keeps telling me that I have no maps on it.
The tomtom-home program on my computer tells me I have to activate the unit before start using it, ant thats the part I cant figure out how to do.
How do I get an activation code?

Version: 2.6.4.1641
System info says: error in id 12876950
Its running on norwegian language.
Could anyone please help meg get this thing working?
I've never used a GPS before and have no clue about how to patch, update etc etc, so I'd need a pretty exact how-to on this one.
I suspect the activation-part is the important thing here...
