I think so . this site is too popular even the site doen for 2 weeks it still exit the bandwidth. I think big brother should move some of the old game and software to other server to minimise the traffic.

It means that, downloads reach to the server limit...

As you can see above, 20gb of site traffic. Well that 20gb ended...:( :( :(
